Horrible Samsung French door refrigerator!!

I have only it this P-O-S owned for 3 years, and all the shelves are cracked. It costs about $50 each to replace them...and they still crack easily again!! What the heck?!?!?

If the shelves cracking weren't enough, the bottom freezer constantly frosts over! I am forever trying to defrost it, and it takes over an hour or so to manually get the ice out. It's beyond too much to have to do for an expensive refrigerator!
