I Hate My LG Freezer on the Bottom Refrigerator (model LDC22738SW)

In 2009, I bought an LG refrigerator and here I am 2 short years later and I can say that I HATE MY LG REFRIGERATOR.
I paid $1,700 plus tax for it and the year after I bought it, the whole fridge died. It was a real pain to get the technician to come and fix it. When he got here he did not have the piece to fix it, so more delays, and still no fridge.
Again in 2011, August, exactly one year later, again a dead fridge. This time I am on the extended warranty and I am now 2 weeks later, and I am still waiting for a call from the technician to come and fix it.
The service center put it on a rush! I would hate to see how long people have to wait when it is not rush. I don't know when I will have my fridge back. I am now dreading next year and hoping I don't have to go through this again next year.
