I Need a Sabbath Compliant Refrigerator

I am having trouble finding the perfect refrigerator for my needs. I need the following items:

1. French Door with a bottom freezer drawer
   
2. Counter Depth
   
3. The only other size requirement is a width of 3ft height is not an issue
   
4. Stainless Steel
   
5. Ice and water dispenser are preferred
   
6. At least 23cu. Ft. storage capacity
   
7. I can't spend more than 2800$
   
8. Also it needs to be sabbath compliant!

Is all this too much to ask for?
