My Kenmore side by side refrigerator review can be summed up into one major issue: FILTER PROBLEMS.
Help! If you have a side by side bisque 26.5 cu ft Kenmore refrigerator with ice maker. I had one delivered on Monday. I was very pleased WITH THE CAPACITY OF THE REFRIG. However, the water would not come out of the dispenser.
So I requested another refrigerator which was delivered Wednesday night. The water came out of the dispenser and out of the filter all over the refrigerator and the floor. We took the filter out and put the stopper back in. I don't know what to do now.
I have no confidence that the filter will ever work correctly. I have visions of horror that one day I will go into the kitchen and water will have leaked out the filter and be all over the floor.
I think I will return this refrigerator but do not know of another refrig that comes in bisque that has an ice maker.
I noticed that the light goes off and on in the refrigerator.
I had an AMANA side by side refrigerator with an icemaker in beige for ten years. The ice maker went bad and I decided to get another one rather than fix it. I would have been better off getting it fixed. Now I have had two Sears Kenmore refrigerators and neither work well.
All I want is a side by side bisque refrigerator with an ice maker. Doesn't really seem like I'm asking too much.
