We have only had this refrigerator for a couple years, but it makes a loud noise and the top shelf in the fridge compartment freezes everything. I just know one of these days I am going to come home and it won't be working anymore. Then I will be really upset.

On the other hand I do love that it's flush with my countertops. The fact that it's a counter depth refrigerator is about all I love.
