I am extremely disappointed in my Maytag bottom freezer refrigerator. I bought a new one in 2002. In 2009 I paid a repairman about $150 to fix the freezer defroster. That is less than 8 years old.
Now, less than a year and a half later, I am waiting for a repairman for the same problem with my refrigerator. I have contacted Maytag as well as the store where I bought. After all of my time explaining what is wrong, neither of them have offered any help.
If you want my refrigerator review, I think that Maytag refrigerators have terrible quality and I can't imagine purchasing another Maytag appliance.
