My LG Top Freezer Refrigerator (model #GR-620RW) is Horrible!!

I have a top freezer mount Canada LG. It is horrible!!!!


I have already replaced the handle 8 times!!! They keep snapping.

Also have had to replace the adjustable door bin twice.

I will NEVER buy another LG appliance!!

 gr620rw fridge is junk!

Right away the door handle breaks. Then future shop says there's nothing they can do. After a lot of complaining they order a new part for me.

The next handle breaks within the first few months. The door shelves both break next. The freezer stops draining to the pan in the bottom twice now. The plastic that they use is prone to cracking.

Worst quality of plastic I've ever seen!!!

After the BS at future shop I just glue the problem myself. Better than the new part that will break shortly after installing.

It's starting to make the clunking sound in the back again which means the freezer drain tube is frozen again.Had the fridge for only a few years now and always had trouble with it.

Buyer beware.

 LG Fridge Handles are crap

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's had to replace the fridge handle multiple times and now I can't even find the part. Discontinued?!?!!? I will NEVER buy another LG appliance!!!!

 Agree the LG620 Refrigerator is junk

I've also had to replace the handle on this model of LG refrigerator several times. It's poor quality plastic and snaps off. The handle isn't abused or pulled on hard in any way. It's just junk.

As well the thermostat controls never work efficiently, the door trays break and the tube that should drain any accumulated moisture from the freezer to flow down to the evaporation try in the back/bottom of the unit constantly freezes up, which sends the water dripping down inside the fridge.

It was - and remains - the last LG product of any type I'll buy.
