Before you go buying parts, crack out a level and place it on top of the refrigerator.
In most cases door problems are either because the refrigerator is not level, or the doors were mounted incorrectly and they need to be level as well.
Most floors are not truly level... and as a result, these problems occur. Check the level front to back and side to side....then open your owners manual and check for how you can level your unit.
In most cases below the door on either side there is a small hole that allows you to stick a screwdriver in and adjust the height of the wheel or leveling leg so you can balance it out.
Once this is done, in the majority of cases, the problem is solved.

Door Cam may be needed by: Anonymous
This happened to mine and I needed to change the two plastic cams at the bottom of the fridge door.
One is on the hinge the other is in the door. They wore out and the door would not stay shut.
