NO LG FRIDGE OR ANY OTHER LG APPLIANCE FOR ME!!


No number of good consumer reviews or anything else could ever convince me to buy anything else made by LG!!

I fell for the "top rated" LG washer/dryer 3 years ago. What a piece of crap!! I've also bought a LG side by side refrigerator (model #106.9545721).

Furthermore, does LG even have a customer service department? I've certainly never found one!

I've read that Samsung has great customer service so I think that's what I'll try next.

ANYTHING LG SUCKS IN MY BOOK!

 Brand New Frig Not Working...

I just purchased the LG french door frig and it worked for 2 days then would not get cold. I was happy when hhgreg agreed to ship out a replacement frig.

As it turns out the replacement frig only worked for 2 days as well.

Thankfully I had not transferred my food into this frig yet. What a mess!

You are actually lucky that you never found their customer service number. They offer no service for their customers!!

Even my repairman had a problem when called on my behalf. I've never seen such a terrible service in my life.

You would think that spending a few thousand dollars on a product they would consider actually putting someone you could talk to (that could speak back in plain ENGLISH)when you had a problem.

I agree with you. I won't be buying anything LG again.
