My Amana bottom freezer refrigerator is less than 2 years old and the refrigerator will no longer cool!
After paying someone to come out and figure out what was wrong, I now know that to repair it will cost $400.00+. It has a defective controller board.
When I called Amana customer service, they told me that the warranty was only good for one year and that's all they are responsible for. I said to them then the life expectancy of the refrigerator is just one year, right? They gave me attitude and corporate run-a-round.
Shouldn't Amana have to stand behind their product? What do you think?
