Problem with our 33" GE Profile Side by Side Refrig

We just purchased a 33" side-by-side GE Profile refrig. When open beyond 90 degrees, the large fridge door, on its own, swings wide open.

Is this inherent in the design? We have had the fridge rebalanced twice with no results. This problem is very irritating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
