Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator Problems

My Samsung side by side refrigerator doesn't restart when there is a problem with electricity.
If you are gone and the power goes off and it will not start on its own. I have hardwood floor damage, food damage from this.
I will never by another Samsung product of any kind again.
