What is a Sub Zero Refrigerator?

What is a Sub Zero refrigerator? I'm thinking of buying a house that has a Sub Zero refridgerator and I'm wondering if it is used the way a regular refridgerator is used?


I would appreciate any information you can provide.

A Sub Zero refrigerator is an amazing brand of refrigerators - we like to call them the Rolls Royce of refrigerators. They are truly professional grade with many amenities and tend to last a lifetime (and they should because they usually cost a fortune).

Even though they are great refrigerators, make sure that the previous owners give you a one year insurance policy covering any maintenance on all of the appliances in case they break in the first year. It is a really common thing to ask for when buying a house. Typically most real estate agents have a company to go through.
